Akihiro Motoki d7208283e6 Consume _ from local _1i8n 
OpenStack discourages using _ from the python builtins namespace.
Instead it is encourage to consume _ provided by per-repo _i18n.

Welcome!

This package contains the code for the Neutron VPN as a Service (VPNaaS) service. This includes third-party drivers. This package requires Neutron to run.
