Remove remaining do_delete from unit tests
Since we clean all table contents after every unit test, there's no need to automatically delete resources, which lengthens test runs unnecessarily. Additionally, some tests were calling with port(do_delete=X), while the port context manager doesn't actually declare that argument. Change-Id: I2e323082dd036502f9a1dacbe4278a8ece6b8f7a
