When creating the OVS manager, define the command timeout (CONF.OVS.ovsdb_timeout) and inactivity probe time (CONF.OVS.of_inactivity_probe) NOTE: CONF.OVS.of_inactivity_probe is defined in seconds but the parameter should be passed to ovs-vsctl in milliseconds [1].
