yatinkarel 340fd3cfe7 Run master jobs only on master branch

Add branches: ^master$ so master only jobs
do not run on stable branches.

Cleanup of these jobs will still be required(like [1])
once stable branches are cut. This patch will just
ensure these jobs run only on master branch.
