Akihiro Motoki af55934341 Remove unnecessary 'set -x' at EOL in genconfig script
tools/generate_config_file_samples.sh contains 'set -x'
at the end of line but it is unnecessary.

It was pointed out in the policy-in-code review
and I borrowed a script from this.
