Kevin Benton 8a7909080c Add missing port UPDATE event to ML2 ... The ML2 plugin was missing a port AFTER_UPDATE event in its binding commit operations. This was resulting in port binding results not being serialized for push notifications. This patch just adds in the AFTER_UPDATE event to the port binding commit operation.
