Gary Kotton b60eb1eb0b Remove redundant default=None for config options 
By default the cfg modules set the default value as None. There
is no reason to set this.

Embrane LBaaS Driver

This DRIVER interfaces OpenStack Neutron with Embrane's heleos platform,
Load Balancing appliances for cloud environments.

L2 connectivity is leveraged by one of the supported existing plugins.
