Rodolfo Alonso Hernandez a64afcb13a [OVN] `DelLSwitchPortCommand` also deletes external ports HCG ...

The ``DelLSwitchPortCommand`` now removes the external ports
``HA_Chassis_Group`` associated registers. It is not needed to handle
it outside the deletion command.
