Dan Smith 09277e777a Add --use-sudo option to run privileged commands ...

This will allow running clean-on-delete as an unprivileged user and
using sudo for elevated calls to things like the nvme command. This
provides a generic elevation mechanism in case we need something
other than sudo in the future.
