Patch Set 3: Code-Review-1

This is a step backwards now.
- The commit header needs fixing.
- This needs to be split back into two commits: the first one for the constraints changes, the second for the driver updates. The two changes should be in series.

Is the issue here lack of understanding of how to use git/gerrit? Perhaps we can arrange a time to meet in IRC and I can walk you through a few best practices.
