Drew Thorstensen 070a9c9c2a Move WWPN generation into volume connector ...

PowerVM has multiple strategies to connect Fibre Channel volumes to the
Virtual Machine.  These are generally either vSCSI or NPIV.

These two strategies require the use of different WWPNs upon building
the connector.

If NPIV - the WWPNs are used from the Virtual FC Adapter.
If vSCSI - the WWPNs are used from the host Virtual I/O Server(s)

This change set moves the WWPN generation for the OpenStack volume
connector down into the volume driver itself.
