Comprehensive scrub of log messages for the following issues: o Ensure 'instance=...' is in all messages where possible. o Remove redundant references to instance within messages. o Convert LOG.*(..., exception) to LOG.exception. o Remove redundant exception text from LOG.exception usages. o Minor reformatting to consolidate lines.
