Simplified boolean variable check
Currently 'test_list' variable is being checked for empty list like 'if test_list == []:'. The more standard approach is like 'if not test_list:'. TrivialFix Change-Id: I0b389c11b992c93529b305b1ebce6b181f9a9a30
