virt: update doctrings 

The following were incorrect:
 - hw:cpu_maxsockets => hw:cpu_max_sockets
 - hw:cpu_maxcores => hw:cpu_max_cores
 - hw:cpu_maxthreads => hw:cpu_max_threads
