Generation of doc rely on install os-vif to be able to load config parameters but this is currently silently failing in gates with: WARNING:stevedore.named:Could not load os_vif As a result, the published documentation is lacking all parameters regarding os_vif_ovs The issue appeared recently because 2026.1 doc is still ok.
