antia 6f91fb7252 libvirt: Launch security Intel TDX ...

Adds launch security and sets appropiate fields for Intel TDX instances.

TDX firmware does not support SMM and conflicts with secure loader.

The loader also has to have readonly enabled for TDX, due to a conflict
with AppArmor:
