Stephen Finucane 102bc41f90 bindep: Remove dead markers 
Ubuntu 12.04 is rather long in the tooth now. Remove the bindep markers
for it.

OpenStack Nova provides a cloud computing fabric controller, supporting a wide variety of compute technologies, including: libvirt (KVM, Xen, LXC and more), Hyper-V, VMware, XenServer, OpenStack Ironic and PowerVM.
