The ``[api]auth_strategy`` conf option and the corresponding test-only

``noauth2`` pipeline in ``api-paste.ini`` are deprecated and will be
|
|
removed in a future release. The only supported ``auth_strategy`` is
|
|
``keystone``, the default.
