See a warning like Config option key_manager.api_class is deprecated. Use option key_manager.backend instead. it's because nova use castellan and castellan uses https://github.com/openstack/castellan/blob/master/castellan/key_manager/__init__.py#L25 so nova need to follow the change to avoid the warning.
