Dane Fichter 4e7ddc9135 Add image signature verification ... This change incorporates the functionality of the signature_utils module into Nova's control flow for downloading Glance images. Note that this change does not perform certificate chain validation. That will be added to the signature_utils module in a subsequent patch.
