This is probably the most involved of all the changes and requires a significant expansion of the NeutronFixture to mock floating IP interactions. All the API samples were based off responses pulled from a DevStack configuration using openstackclient and old versions of the novaclient (where the 'floating-ip-*' commands were still present) in debug mode.
