Stephen Finucane da207cc2be docs: Remove 'adv-config', 'system-admin' subdocs ... These made things significantly less discoverable from the admin guide and resulted in some duplication of links. Better to just flatten things. Things are pretty much copy-pasted save for the removal of a reference to the long-dead nova-objectstore service and the addition of a TODO to provide overviews of other services.
