It's not used in any of the tests and the BaseAPITestCase has no subclasses. This is being done to minimize any extraneous use of eventlet driven services in the tests. In forthcoming patches, eventlet monkey patching will be removed from the unit test tree. Change-Id: I3d2dd128027e90a0c6f26ad2e300afc3bd6d76fe
