Increase connection_max_retries to 480 secs on CentOS jobs 

Jobs run on non-nested virtualization environments (TCG) which
significantly slows down amphora instances at boot. CentOS-based
amphorae seem to take even longer for unknown reasons on TCG
environments. This patch increases connection_max_retries from default
300 seconds to 480 seconds on CentOS jobs.
