Michael Johnson 5a16ad3267 Add traffic tests using an IPv6 VIP ... Adds a traffic scenario test that has an IPv6 VIP address and mixed IPv4/IPv6 members. It tests that connections to the IPv6 VIP are evenly balanced across the mixed members.
