Replace assertRaisesRegexp with assertRaisesRegex
This replaces the deprecated (in python 3.2) unittest.TestCase method assertRaisesRegexp() with assertRaisesRegex() Change-Id: I98945eeb3e432b9b63deeaeac193585a601b671e
