Takashi Kajinami 6d8fc69f94 Fix ignored [nova] service_name ...

The [nova] service_name parameter is supposed to be used to find
the nova endpoint from keystone catalog but in fact the parameter is
not used and has had no effect.
This change fixes the ignored parameter.
