Carlos Goncalves ec260571ce Fix listener update with SNI certificates ... SNI certificates were not being set in the database on listener update. A listener GET would not show the certificates in the sni_container_refs attribute. Also, the API was allowing set of SNI certs on non TERMINATED_HTTPS listeners.
