Michael Johnson 90c465ebb3 Add a request timeout to the REST API driver ... The amphora REST driver does not have reasonable timeouts on the python "requests" library calls. For example, the PUT call to load a certificate into an amphora can hang forever. This patch adds a request timeout that defaults to 5 seconds.
