Ravi Kumar Boyapati aeec0bcd17 Add http-check options to haproxy service template ...

With current implementation, http health checks can handle only default
return codes (2|3)[0-9][0-9]. Added http-check option to template
so that users can specify explicit expect codes or strings if needed.
