Add support for the openSUSE Leap distributions
Add support for the openSUSE Leap distributions. Additionally, for openSUSE, we need to load some extra apache2 modules which are not there by default. Change-Id: Ic6200e17b5e5b39c06166aae37bab4d31f2df817
