By overriding the variable `aodh_backend_ssl: True` HTTPS will be enabled, disabling HTTP support on the aodh backend api. The ansible-role-pki is used to generate the required TLS certificates if this functionality is enabled. Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Aodh as the alarm functionality of Telemetry.
- This role will install the following:

The role will configure Aodh to use MongoDB for data storage, but does not install or configure MongoDB.
