Matt Thompson 3c4b5d0f72 Enable functional convergence testing ... This commit updates tests/test.yml to deploy rabbitmq, galera, keystone, and cinder for a functional convergence test. Note that we point at a non-existent memcached server, but this can be adjusted to build memcached if deemed necessary. Additionally, we do not configure a cinder-volume backend, but simply deploy the service itself. This is something that can be tweaked in a later revision.
