Jesse Pretorius 4b37061aef Remove dynamic inclusion from inventory-based service setup
As the service setup for upstart/systemd makes use of the inventory,
the dynamic inclusion being forced causes unpredictable behaviour.

This patch removed the forced dynamic inclusion.
