ZhongShengping 2a08919aef Deprecate rabbit_use_ssl option

Option "rabbit_use_ssl" from group "oslo_messaging_rabbit" is deprecated.
Use option "ssl" from group "oslo_messaging_rabbit".

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 and port 35357 by default.
