Dmitriy Rabotyagov 72e0a52d53 Replace git.openstack.org with opendev.org 
This patch replaces git.openstack.org with opendev.org as redirection
from old path was enabled.
Also we change upper constraints url due to [1]

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:
  • nova-api
  • nova-conductor
  • nova-scheduler
  • nova-console
  • nova-compute
