Albert Mikaelyan bbba18ab60 Add qemu-kvm to package list for ubuntu-16.04 ...

If installing a kvm host, qemu-kvm package might not be installed, which
can cause instances to not boot/live-migrate.
This explicitly tells to install qemu-kvm on ubuntu 16.04.
