Dmitriy Rabotyagov be47bf4ac3 Filter swift's middleware list

We have conditional includes into the the middleware list, which,
in case of presence of empty elements, will resolve to `None` values in
the pipeline.

This, in it's turn, results in proxy startup failure cycle, as app
attempts to find the corresponding filter for None value.
