Dmitriy Rabotyagov f7b9d00b82 Remove checksum algo from cirros images

A regression has been merged with [1], where a hashing algo
has been added to cirros images.

At the moment openstack.osa.openstack_resources
is supporting only md5 checksums for a reason,
as Glance can return us md5 only as a checksum. We use checksum also for
image rotation, and to verify that image we're to download
is not yet present in Glance.
