Due to decision made during PTG, we're switching back source for RabbitMQ to packagcloud, since cloudsmith does rotate versions too aggressively and we can't keep up with them. With that we're leaving erlang source to be cloudsmith, since there're simply no other good sources for Ubuntu/Debian.
