Add SUSE support
Add support for SUSE based distributions. We also update the bindep.txt, run_tests.sh, .gitignore, tests-repo-clone.sh and Vagrantfile files from the openstack-ansible-tests repository. Change-Id: I5a2b3cae0ed325abb3920e9a684d25898df6027d
