Markos Chandras 76ca77d16b Add SUSE support ...

Add support for SUSE based distributions. We also update the bindep.txt,
run_tests.sh, .gitignore, tests-repo-clone.sh and Vagrantfile files
from the openstack-ansible-tests repository.
