Major Hayden 1dd16ea807 [Docs] Fix deprecation docs for RHEL 6 content ...

The ocata docs say that the RHEL 6 content will be removed in Pike,
but the decision has been made to keep it until Queens. This patch
updates the docs to reflect that decision.
