git-harry a3e9a87cb3 Add tests for APTRepositoryCacheUpdateRule ... The custom ansible-lint rule APTRepositoryCacheUpdateRule was added in 67bfc90703, this change adds tests to validate its functionality. Includes fix from 44761d390b to ensure unit tests only run against this repository.
