[docs] Add scenario customisation information to AIO quick start guide
Currently there's no helping information for anyone who wants to adjust the AIO to add more services. It's also missing information about how to use scenarios. This resolves that. Change-Id: I83c3ea2f5229b3af4783e350b7ca156143e5580b

In order for all the services to run, the host must be prepared with the

appropriate disks, packages, network configuration and a base configuration

for the OpenStack Deployment. This preparation is completed by executing:

is completed by executing:

.. code-block:: shell-session

# scripts/bootstrap-aio.sh

If you wish to add any additional configuration entries for the OpenStack

configuration then this can be done now by editing
|

``/etc/openstack_deploy/user_variables.yml``. See the `Deployment Guide`_

If you wish to use a different scenario, for example, the Ceph scenario,

execute the following:

for the applicable scenario, copy the ``conf.d`` files with the ``.aio`` file

For example, in order to enable the OpenStack Telemetry services, execute the

following:

.. code-block:: shell-session

To add any global overrides, over and above the defaults for the applicable

scenario, edit ``/etc/openstack_deploy/user_variables.yml``. See the

`Deployment Guide`_ for more details.
