After migration from tests repo, script was incorrectly adjusted
regarding self-repo, so all osa service projects
were excluded from the update.
This is fixed now by removing `openstack-ansible` from the
`exclude_project` list , as gerrit request anyway excludes it.
Alternatively, we could add line end (`$`) to exclude only
`openstack-ansible$`.
This patch also updates lists, to reflect current repo states.
