Christian Berendt 70fb1ca1fc fixed pep8 issues in doc/source/conf.py 
* E265 block comment should start with '# '
  * E101 indentation contains mixed spaces and tabs
  * W191 indentation contains tabs
  * E126 continuation line over-indented for hanging indent
  * W391 blank line at end of file

Also enabled doc/ to be checked by flake8 in tox.ini.
