Tim Buckley e657b09726 Add karma-subunit-reporter to generate subunit results for unit tests ... This adds a new plugin, 'karma-subunit-reporter', to generate subunit streams for unit test output. These files should be compatible with subunit2sql and (with appropriate log client configuration) could be displayed in openstack-health or other tools like stackviz.
