Mohammed Naser 7ec5fa4189 libvirt: improve build process ...

- Drop CentOS & Debian images from the build process
- Add multi-stage single Dockerfile for Ubuntu
- Switch to a more clear tagging process, using UCA images
- Fix documentation for `libvirt` image
