Gage Hugo c1f51b7149 Remove gnocchi override in memcache chart 
This change updates the memcache chart to remove an override for
the gnocchi chart that has since been removed.

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
